Are you planning a new episode on AFM? How do you typically go about determining the source of an infectious disease? Metagenomics?
No, not metagenomics. There are other symptoms/signs that can help, see https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs11908-018-0641-x …. But eventually PCR will be done to see if a viral infection is involved.
