Brutal op ed: “Our media moguls have spent years accommodating Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party. Tapping one of them for this critical post would send the disastrous message that the U.S. government intends to do the same.”

Yes, I certainly believe Trump is writing his own tweets as he surely has heard of original jurisdiction and enumeration. (Note to the person writing this: in the follow-up tweet, "bad" and "country" should be in caps.)

So to summarize: Trump opposed Loeffler’s appointment by Kemp. Trump is now mad at Kemp bc he didn’t change the “rigged” election. But Loeffler supports Trump, not Kemp. Despite saying there was fraud, she wants people to vote for her in the next election, anyway. Is that it?

On this week's Net Assessment podcast, we talked about intelligence under the Biden administration. Also, here's a nice WashPost piece about how some of Biden's officials might think about these issues, based on our Offset Task Force.

The did not rig the election. If you find yourself believing they did, please stop, and say it out loud, and you will realize how silly it sounds. simply flooding the zone with baseless conspiracies again.

I have sisters 2, 4, and 5 miles away. Lots of nieces and nephews I want to hug. I'm not seeing them today no matter what my heart wants. Sorry your family was far away, but if you expect people to follow your guidance bc it's a matter of life and death, act like it is. Grow up.

Would like one of the Trump explainers to please help me understand how getting rid of David McCormick and Frank Miller today is essential to national security.

I should add that I want more people to *want* to vote and I applaud ideas for better representation. I feel great after I vote! (Even when I leave spaces blank or write in.) But "forcing" adults to do something like this prob will not get desired results.

Good timing here, when you see that 88% of Republicans think DJT wuz robbed. I'm sure the Harvard political scientists here want more of them in the booth. I have a feeling this isn't going to go how they think.

Who's this "we" that gets to "force" me to vote? Oh, I see. E.J. Dionne and people who think enticing people with "democracy sausages" to check boxes for people they may not care or know anything about is a good idea.

Families are suffering. This is a crucial issue and people deserve more than a blow-off chuckle from the pres-elect, who says Covid is his first priority.
