New today
A policy preventing Copyright owners from making $ on manual claims for:
Short song clips (ex: 5 sec of a song)
Unintentional audio (ex:
from passing cars)
Claimants can still block monetization or the video itself, but timestamps help you edit out the claim.

2 - Company have been filling DMCA on aboslutely ridiculous clip of audio or video on which they have no ownership whatsoever, like TALKING for exemple. If you try to contest the claim, the claimers are gonne be the one to decide if your complaint is legit or not. Sounds dumb.

And that's the one thing that needs to change. I'm not spitting on that policy update, I think it's great that they're trying to make things more fair, but that won't change anything if they don't change that plaintiff and lawyer thing.

Really looking forward to see the others update !
