I was an overachiever until middle school when we had to juggle multiple classes. After that, everything became difficult for me and I was written off as lazy because I always had the potential, but I get bored easily and give up. I’m barely on medication for it in my late 20s.

I'm convinced I have a form of adult ADD/ADHD...but Adderall didn't work for me because it triggered my anxiety...I love my life.
Try concerta! My husband is on adderall, but I didn’t want anything that strong. I take a low dose of concerta and it’s a solid pill so it dissolves throughout the day. I don’t get the jittery feeling or anxiety from it; I just feel normal and content on it.
