Community Strike Update: Our appeal was denied. We are still left in mystery as to what we did wrong, and as a result have no way to prevent this in the future. @TeamYouTube has been NO help throughout this process. How big of a YouTube channel must we be for @youtube to care?

Yep. We just want to know what we did wrong. That's it. The sad part is, we arent lying when we say we have no idea what we did wrong. and Youtube just isn't helping.

i mean they are a private company and as a result to do as they wish, BUT how are we supposed to prevent this issue again if we don't even know what we did wrong. They are so vague in everything. it really sucks.

Even if they are private company, they should follow their own rules and policies, and make it very clear to the users. I really think they owe you an explanation.
