At dinner, crazed person enters a restaurant, downs an entire 40 of beer, threatens staff with violence, goes table to table grabs each patron’s drink and *throws them in their face*. Police called. Never came. There’s only one city in the country where this story could happen.

It’s cause and effect. Cops won’t police crimes they know for certain won’t be prosecuted. Why put themselves in harms way for nothing. There’s a linear correlation between responsive policing and tough on crime DA’s.
