Conscientiousness involves understanding social norms well enough not to go around bragging about IQ. It's considered pretty crass as far as I can tell; that advice doesn't seem practical to me
I didn't say that bragging about IQ predicts job performance. I said actual IQ predicts job performance. See the difference?
