Agree. Imagine if property tax revenues determined quality of local medical care under ACA. Or reliability of stop lights. Folks would riot in the streets. Glad you agree we need #schoolchoice to counteract this.

What Matt fails to tell you is that in DC, schools with the poorest students get more money than the schools in rich neighborhoods. An additional $2,000+ per student in DC. I should know, I ran schools here. Money isn’t the issue.
