Yes, I'm familiar with Haidt's Moral Foundations Theory. We co-taught a class at NYU Stern together. I just don't think MFT is good as a prescriptive moral framework, however accurate it is descriptively.

Not saying MFT is prescriptive. Im saying it’s descriptive. If we look at human history as one long trial and error experiment in different ways to organize ourselves, and if we look at the empirical results of each in terms of things such as qual of life, prosperity, safety...
