I am not a fan of someone being fired for spouting off on twitter. I think when they express open racism, sexism, antisemitism or aggressively advocate for discrimination of political opponents and hold power over people, like professors, their employers should know.

I didn't say 'censure.' But if a professor is boasting of discriminating against people based on skin color, gender, religion or political views and has power over people with those characteristics, the public and university should know.
