Employment, even tenure in the California system, has rules. If you cannot obey them, get another job. But don't try to hide bad conduct behind the 1st Amendment.

What she wrote is, of course, her right to do so...it's her unabashed involvement of her employer that could, and should, see her lose her job. I assume the hotline idiocy is a criminal matter.

I bet you and your friend Robby here were nowhere to be found fighting the good 1A battle when the Berkeley rioters were (successfully, for the most part) getting conservatives banned from speaking there and other campuses.
