Tens of thousands of young men out of tens of millions who watch porn might well be mistaken about something that has many risk factors.

Mechanism? Pretty simple: Conditioning sexual arousal to everything associated with internet porn use. This is covered, and a whole lot more, in the review of the literature on porn-induced sexual dysfunctions - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5039517/ …

That's a really weak paper that includes no causal evidence, published in a very dodgy journal I've never heard of.

You have taken the Ley & Prause approach I see - go ad hominem without addressing the 18 papers it cited that linked porn use to sexual dysfunction. Nor address the 2 young patients who healed sexual problems by quitting porn.

I criticized the paper and the bad journal it was published in. That's different from ad hominem. It cites papers that don't show any causal link, and it cites two case studies that would be equally compelling in showing that homeopathy cures cancer.
