I haven't seen convincing evidence that ED has increased among young men compared to previous decades. It may have just been seriously under-reported earlier.

There are 8-9 studies that show a tremendous increase in ED in men under 40, and no peer-reviewed paper to support your assertion that ED has been under reported. Bias is showing.
