C'mon man. That's pretty over the top partisan nonsense. There's PLENTY of discussion to be had around the social sciences and general activism on campuses, but let's be serious about it. The other 98% of the university is fine.
Not from what I've seen, having worked in universities for a few decades now.

Well, that's a few decades more than me, so I'll have to defer to your experience. I'm not saying there isn't a problem, just trying to keep things in proportion. But my sense is that the normal operations of most universities continues, despite the occasional political dust-ups.
