Police officers should have noticed and simply verified that these customers weren’t causing any kind trouble, briefly apologized to these men for the inconvenience, then should have immediately scolded the employees for wasting everyone’s time.
'Implicit bias training' is the zombie that keeps on going long after 'implicit bias' research has been thoroughly debunked. No serious scientist thinks it works. It's just a guilt tax on companies, that gives day jobs to thousands of activists.
