Hm, a failure to understand that "evolution" means constant change? A fear that evolution as reason means one thinks things are done, fixed and from now on unchangeable? How illogical - ofc citing evolution means just the opposite of that!

Evo Psych isn't very scientific for the most part and has little empirical basis which is why it is dismissed. It is most closely akin to early macro Econ theory. There are plenty of SS disciplines that incorporate some level of evolutionary principles.
