You’re welcome. Your country’s constitution is a combination of codified acts and uncodified traditions. The First Amendment is part of the American Constitution.

I know. I have followed his account for a while. I know Canada's speech rights are stricter---we have laws against hate speech which US does not. Our rights are enshrined in the charter of rights and freedoms.
