I wonder, what is so wrong about these values? I would certainly prefer a teacher to welcome diversity rather than demand unformity, equity seems better than inequity when it comes to treating students, and how exactly would exclusion help in this context anyways?

If you were from a demographic that has historically been excluded from college campuses, would you feel comfortable applying to a university that does not at least portray itself as one made up of people who are committed to ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion?’

"Diversity, equity, and inclusion." A wealth of experience has taught us that what this rhetoric truly means is the vicious dispossession and ferocious silencing of whites. The doublespeak is already exposed.

Nothing is so much diverse today than being conservative. In Berlin you can provoke more with a Trump T-Shirt than with a Stalin T-Shirt.
