If public colleges and universities are infringing on
#1A rights in schools, then the proper channel is the Courts. However, as both you and@TheFIREorg know, since 1986 there have been SCOTUS decisions restricting the free speech in schools granted in 1969. /1 -
It would appear that school speech needs to fought for again before SCOTUS. In the interim, I do not see how
#2A will help students or faculty, except perhaps to intimidate political opponents. Do you want to live in the American Republic or the Weimar Republic? /2
