You should try Tarkovsky movies. They're like sucking on a fossilized Werthers, but in a good, surreal way....

Ha. Absolutely. I've only seen Andrei Rublev, so I can't comment intelligently, but that was certainly majestically slow. I've got Solaris and The Mirror in my queue. Any others I should put it there?
