No it’s nothing like that. They’re not arguing the minute of gun regulation. They want fewer guns that are designed to kill lots of people quickly. It really is that simple.

To be fair, it’s actually one of the most interesting questions further down the line. Prob 2 major steps: 1. big cultural movement towards autonomous civ disarmament (might be near future) 2. pass laws to confiscate weapons of the last few remaining ‘gun nuts’
