Let us settle on a projectile speed limit to enforce. C'mon man. Please use some common sense. I do not feel we should outlaw guns. Though I most certainly believe we should require registration and background checks. And yes I will add crossbows and blow guns to that.
Ok, let's agree that 5,000 fps is a reasonable maximum velocity, unless you get a Class 3 license. Cool?

I did not mention license, only background checks and registration. Thank you for suggestion a certification process to achieve a license. That actually make good sense to me as well. I agree with you.
