Handguns account for 20x times more murders per year than rifles. Rifles are more useful in deterring tyranny (the point of #2A). If we have to restrict firearms at all, restrict access to pistols, not to long guns. Seems like a no-brainer.

Tell me, what tyranny have lawful gun owners repulsed in the last 100 years? Explain the scenario in which an average American uses their AR to defend themselves from tyranny and it doesn't turn into a Waco type debacle.

They are not interested in guns. They are interested in not being shot. Do I need to understand how hackers are able to steal my identity or credit card info before fraud protection is made available to me?

Yes, if you want policy to reduce hacking, you best understand the most commonly used hacks, their relative dangers, and how to reduce them.
