Rifles are used in c. 300 homicides/year in US, but can deter tyranny. Handguns are used in c. 6,000 homicides/year, but can't deter tyranny. Interesting that mainstream media supports banning the first, but not the second. HT @JonHaidt

Sure, I get that aspect. But I’m wondering who decides what constitutes tyranny and when armed resistance is justified. Many think Trump is a tyrant. Many thought Obama was a tyrant.
