Wow. Surprised some deep pockets haven't sued...
Neither students, nor faculty, nor staff, have deep pockets. @TheFIREorg fights valiantly to help with free speech legal cases, but most academics don't even know about them.

Faculty usually PROMOTE restricting free speech and exploit youth to carry it out (no platforming, preaching microaggressions/intersectionality/critical theory). Students wise enough to see through it face strong social backlash and are at the mercy of professors.
