A biologist, specifically an evolutionary geneticist. Why on earth would we care what a philosopher thinks about a purely empirical question? Most of them don't even know what an Ancestry Informative Marker (AIM) is.

No evidence I have seen regarding biology/genetics delineates solid racial categories. Evolutionary biologists usually refer to "populations." Of course, this may be the empirical answer you are referring to. If not, I'd like to see it.
