Who defines "harmful" ?
Universities using 'Social Sentinel' software to scan all students' social media accounts for thousands of words flagged as 'harmful', and automatically notifying local police if they pop up. That’s the very point. If you do not know what is ”illegal” you have to guess. It forces you to stick to the approved narrative. Brilliant idea really.
