How do you answer theists who say "science can't explain the complexity and order of life; God must have designed it to be this way”?
It begs the question about the origins of God's complexity and order.

So basically who designed the Designer? Not a very good argument. Inference to the Best Explanation does not require explanation of the explanation > infinite regress.

I would rather focus on the way we can *test* design & whether we are able to effectively exclude every other reasonable hypothesis with design. Simply: What is the predictative power of the God explanation? -> parsimony.
