Not one to play with conspiracy lightly. Arguing that it was only aggregate patterns would be rational if she were talking about colleges on the east coast perhaps. However she was talking about her college/classroom. With only 34% p.o.c it’s easy to see who she’s talking about.
U Penn could easily disprove her claim if they released records on GPAs and class rankings across the last 20 years, broken down by demographic categories. With thousands of students, that wouldn't compromise anyone's individual privacy.
