Last week I said we were in the Unlightenment. I didn’t think it could happen this quickly but we’ve already entered The Great Dumbing.
Or 'The Great Censoring'. Most folks have a hunger to understand what's going on. They just aren't permitted to learn the most important facts about the world. The result looks like dumb, but it's engineered ignorance.

I dont think people do want to understand what is going on; they want to ingest information that fits how they feel things should be. They dont want to look at things that might upset them, like a differing opinion. They want to be surrounded by like thoughts & attitudes.

Taking a look at another view or way of thinking is often a difficult task for people. In that sense, I agree, they dont know where to look but once they do, it becomes too much & they either dismiss the other view straight away or go back to what is comfortable for them.
