So the closest I’ve come to gender studies is an IR paper and 1 thing that stood out was research showing only 3 percent of signatories on peace treaties were female, despite evidence that the higher the percentage of female signatories the greater the longevity of the agreement.

This probably just supports your argument about agreeableness, comes down to priorities in the end - keeping the peace in one hand and freedom of speech in the other. Gender relations in real-time huh?
