Doesn't this argument make it more likely that the reversed numbers for women is due to self-interest, rather than women being biologically more agreeable? I don't see any proof, or convincing evidence that this moderate difference is due to biological sex differences.

Its the post-student careers (e.g. university faculty) where diversity/inclusion becomes contentious and apparently white male biased (in some subjects) - I think these survey respondents might be motivated by self-interest in their post-college prospects
