The real question is why the thousands of friends and relatives of the 'groomers' didn't talk to the police. They must have known what was going on. That's the real conspiracy here.

Sort of the same question as how gang rapes with 8+ perpetrators can take place in Sweden. Because they take place in a sub-environment where the people are not strongly enough anti-rape, that it would be too risky.
