No, the problem is that almost all faculty other than the far Left feel a chilling effect that they can't say what they think, or teach a lot of true facts, without students ganging up on them. This happens on virtually every campus. See @HdxAcademy

Between student yrs and faculty yrs, I'm at 30. B4 Wall St. taught at 3 universities, have dozens of friends who are university faculty; you're claim of faculty censure is not reality. Notably, there are few courses where politics play *any* role in lecture material.
