How are you going to confiscate 40 million rifles?

I mean you’ve got 27 odd amendments and many laws that deal with various things including interpretation of those amendments .. can gun owners choose which laws passed they want to follow and which they don’t ? (I.e if a law is passed they AR-rifles will be taken in an amnesty)

And in the midst of those 27 odd amendments, agreed upon by 50 states when they joined the union included the 2nd. And no, the second wasn’t about muskets or hunting.

Not sure I understand your point here ? Also didn’t say anything about muskets or hunting ? I get it .. bear arms .. well regulated milicia .. stand up against tyranny .. (though instead you just seem to have elected it) .. but whatevs

Did you get amendment? .. not being funny but how is requiring a better check , or banning certain weapons infringing on the right (which doesn’t specify). Also , don’t you think the US has moved on from civil war days ?

I don’t know what you’re saying about a police state .. and do it for the children ? Yeah I agree . Change the bill of rights , the constitution , laws.. anything if it makes life better and safer for all. 2/2
