Which is the biggest existential threat to humanity in this century (i.e. something that could kill off every living human)?

Not sure how I should see that. Was this part of some other project? I.e. what can one do with the results of your poll? And why were the options all man made disasters? Why not include alien invasion (without mankind pissing off the aliens first of course) or something?
