YES. I was Harvard Teaching Fellow(TF) ’89 (PhD ‘91). Rating system was in full swing for profs & TFs, who worked in teams. So ratings became a competitive prod amongst us. Woe betide if you didn’t get a perfect score from your students while the other TF did. Ridiculous setup.
