What do you suggest though... I agree fb sucks but people lose me if govt intervention or nationalizing these companies is pushed as a solution
We need to pressure social media companies to embrace the civic values of free speech even when they're not legally obligated to respect them. Make their brand equity depend on their support for viewpoint diversity.
