Ethnic bioweapons are terrifying, mostly because we've never seen them used and only have cursory evidence that they've been developed. The nuclear program was a complete mystery until the bombs dropped. Imagine genocide/warfare being viral and untraceable. Scary stuff.

As global population increases along with resource scarcity, ethnic bioweapons would be the most efficient (and even logical) tribal competition utility. Discriminate weapons of mass destruction.
