At American universities, coaches for men's sports make over $800,000/year on average, across all sports, from football to lacrosse. Most sports don't make net income at most universities, so are tax-subsidized. Professors make an average of $92,000. Does this make sense?

That's also shameful and exploitative. Universities should pay student athletes what they're worth. If we're going to have semi-pro 'college' athletics at all.
