Real education will be gamified into bite-sized certifications through national online franchises and local trade schools. Campuses will become ideological finishing schools & mating markets for the elite.
Problem is that HR has codified and institutionalised the current system. A lot of generalists slip through the crack because they don't fit into a suitable box. As do a lot of autodidacts who are ahead of their peers.
