What you will be doing is imposing extinction on the world’s most populous mammals, animals that have co-evolved with us for a long time. What you want to do is get rid of factory farming, not necessarily the animals (which, properly managed, can be beneficial to ecosystems).

Firstly what's wrong with their extinction? And why would they even go extinct? Worst case we can put them in zoos like other animals but most likely they'll still be farmed just minimally.
