Freedom of association also applies to privately run companies. Do you believe a private business should be legal allowed to discriminate based on race, sex, sexual orientation, ideology, etc? I think those are a high percentage of the people who voted no.

I didn’t vote “no”, but I can see why someone would. Poss. from a civil rights perspective. Also just the limitations on it already- felons consorting w other known felons. The case I’m thinking of has to do with the right to exclude ppl from your assoc. at public universities.

It’s just too broad a question, and the meaning of “freedom of association” has been extrapolated and specified... I’m just curious what he’s getting at with this poll question.
