2017 design could probably take 40 max. Still amazing! But huge orbit to orbit craft built in orbit by BFR make sense. While increasing fuel needs in LEO and mars by 30% odd. BUT drops BFR craft stuck on mars for two years by 2/3. That's many dozens of extra money making missions
