I've wondered about messaging on this. To what extent have there been efforts to promote the idea of encouraging *friends and family* of potential mothers to provide a supportive atmosphere for taking on parenthood, in contrast to directing the message to women/couples alone?

'Consider having babies' might not be such a persuasive message if it's agnostic about whether you should expect the people close to you to be happy and supportive about it.
