The social media dilemma: 1) you can open your mouth to speak your heterodox truth, but sandstorms of outrage will blast your teeth and clog your throat, or, 2) you can keep your mouth shut, but your truth will die with you.

Truth doesn't die. To borrow another's word, truth is antifragile (in the long run, at least).
Truth can be seriously delayed though, with catastrophic costs.
