I wonder what’s the effective global population required to sustain and grow space travel and digital technology.
At least 1 million who have IQs above 140. Total population may be irrelevant.

Is there a hard statistic relating high IQ to creative / innovative success? I mean, the people currently living with the highest IQ(s) have done sheeeeeeit (exceptions: Emeagwali, chess playing and space studies)
