When a woman likes you, she'll make it very clear. After that happens, treat her with respect and everything should go smooth from there. It's really not that hard.
But people don't tend to 'make it very clear' whether they like someone, because everyone wants plausible deniability and face-saving potential in case they're rejected. This is the crux of the problem.

Perhaps they do not make it very clear verbally, but they make it very clear in other ways. When a person likes you, they make flirting a lot easier for you. They laugh at your jokes a bit more enthusiastically or get in your space a bit more. Stuff like that.
