Since reading your book, I often wonder how international diplomacy would look if diplomats did some mindfulness meditation before every negotiation....

Actually, most professional diplomats are pretty good at calm perspective taking, etc. The problem is typically with their bosses. (Footnote: Some diplomats appointed by the current administration are exceptions to this rule, though their boss isn't.) [Glad you read my book!]
