You misunderstand the point. The objection is to the idea that people are less valuable if the country they were born in is less affluent. The point is people are valuable by virtue of being people, no matter their national origin.

The asinine arguments of SJWs are low-hanging fruit to target. Yeah, they're ignorant and blinded by their ideology, but we already knew that. A bigger issue may be the president centering country-of-origin rather than individual merit as an immigration policy. I may be mistaken.
